Specialized Flagship Store awarded the ‘Shop! DACH Award’

In 2023, we had the honor of designing and realizing an impressive flagship store for Specialized. This project is one of our highlights, and we look back on it with great pride. The fact that the flagship store has now been awarded the prestigious SHOP! AWARD makes us even prouder and confirms the quality and impact of our work.

The Specialized flagship store in Munich was nominated in the category of “Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Shopfitting, Shop-in-Shop Systems, and Flagship Stores.” The project was submitted by M-Cube Deutschland, who was responsible for the unique digital retail experience in the store.

The evaluation criteria

When evaluating the submissions, the following aspects are taken into account: spatial planning, interior design, branding, product presentation, communication of the product assortment, and effective target audience engagement. The mix of architecture, colors, materials, and lighting also plays a crucial role. Ultimately, the focus is on how the design is translated into reality and how clearly the concept and story are communicated to the store visitor.
